About the Author

BMWHEAT.COM was founded by Jakub Chudožilov, an independent specialist in mechanical engineering and automotive technologies.

Jakub studied Mechanical Adjustment and Toolmaking at the ŠKODA AUTO Vocational School of Mechanical Engineering in Mladá Boleslav, where he built a strong foundation in machining, measurement, materials technology, and precision mechanics.
He went on to apply and deepen this knowledge in technically demanding environments – from robotized paint lines at ŠKODA AUTO, through high-pressure aluminum casting for automotive production, to service process optimization and managing small technical teams.

A key milestone in his career was his work as a vocational training instructor at the Academy of Crafts Prague – Zelený pruh Technical High School, one of the largest industrial schools in the city.
Teaching young technicians allowed him to refine his expertise, develop patience, and strengthen his commitment to precision and quality – values that define his approach to work today.

Jakub now focuses on comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and repair – from regular maintenance and electrical systems to complex structural and system-level issues that many workshops avoid.
He approaches every task with technical curiosity and attention to detail, always considering how materials and processes interact to affect overall function.

He believes that true craftsmanship lies in understanding – analyzing, identifying the real cause of a problem, and delivering technically correct, long-lasting solutions.
